Health protection agency (HPA) stated that there is a rise in the number of people are being tested positive for influenza compared to October.

HPA revealed this information on their social media accounts.

Common cold and Influenza are easily transmitted diseases, and HPA advised communities to take care of personal hygiene and to stay away from crowded places. Moreover, HPA also advises to take the Influenza vaccine.

Furthermore, HPA claimed that due to the current bad weather, there is a high probability for a dengue epidemic. The recent statistics show that there were more than 4000 Dengue cases reported this year (read more).
