Goverment Health Scheme, Aasandha company has introduced an open procurement yesterday.
The company has decided to launch open procurement, after discussion with Managing Director Ms. Mariyam Shafeeqa, says Aasandha company.
Aasandha company states that the works of open procurements will be taken in two specific stages.
As this is the first stage, their main focus will be to be as transparent as possible, throughout the tenders and bidding of the government projects associated with Aasandha company. From now onwards all notices regarding the buying of goods valued over MVR 25,000 will be seen on the official website.
In the second stage, to support the stage one, a website will be open to all venders to register through, where all the vendors get notifications once the website uploads or updates information regarding tenders.
Aasandha company sates that the purpose of this step is to ensure that the bidding and procurement process under Aasandha Company is dealt with transparency affiliated with “zero- tolerance to corruption” policy of the government.
Aasandha also states, they are keenly working side by side with transparency Maldives throughout the whole open procurement health scheme process of the company.
